Scalloped Corn

Ingredients:
2 Eggs
2 Cans Creamed Corn
1 Can Whole Kernel Corn, drained
1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Corn Meal
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
Optional:
     1/2 Cup Onion, finely chopped
     1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
     1/4 diced pimentos
     1/4 cup Green Pepper, finely chopped

Directions:

  • Heat Oven to 350F.
  • Beat eggs in large bowl
  • Add remaining ingredients and mix well (add optional ingredients you want as well)
  • Pour into greased casserole pan.
  • Bake 45 to 60 minutes.  Let set for at least 5 minutes before serving.
